Forest Loop
Studio 2 Midterm - Parsons NYC
A "Cut,lift,fill" concept for an existing park site in Forest Hills, Queens. This was a complement to my Community MusicWorks final and involved redesigning the park for the surrounding community. My main design was focused on implementing this elevated loop walkway around the existing skatepark and playground, essentially making a bubble for gathering and play to thrive. These elevated walkways also connect to a residential street that previously had no access to the park, inviting access to green space.
